Health and Safety at Re:You Health
Re:You Health is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients, staff and wider community.
Appointments
You are welcome to attend your appointment in person. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please reschedule or request a telehealth consultation.
Symptoms to be mindful of include fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, fatigue, shortness of breath, headache, or gastrointestinal symptoms.
In-Clinic Measures
- Masks are welcome but not mandatory, you may choose to wear one at any time while in the clinic
- Our team may wear masks during consultations where clinically appropriate.
- Hand hygiene facilities are available throughout the clinic.
- We continue to maintain high standards of cleaning and infection control.
Telehealth
Telehealth consultations are available for your convenience.
Please note that Medicare eligibility for telehealth services may require you to have attended a face-to-face consultation with a member of your treating team within the past 12 months.
Visitors
Where possible, we ask that you attend your appointment alone to help minimise congestion in waiting areas. If you require support, a support person is welcome.
If You Have COVID-19 or Another Respiratory Illness
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or another contagious illness, or are feeling unwell, please delay your in-person appointment until you have recovered.
Surgical Patients
If you are scheduled for a procedure and have recently been unwell, please contact our team to discuss appropriate timing for your surgery.
